4. Return Process

Step 3: Ship the Product
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Clearly write the return authorization code on the parcel.
- Ship it using a trackable courier service (return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless it is a defect or error from our end).
Step 4: Inspection and Confirmation

5. Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
a) Full Refunds

6. Exchanges

7. Damaged or Defective Products

8. Order Cancellations

If you opt for store credit instead of a refund:

12. International Orders
Currently, we do not accept international returns or exchanges. All sales made outside India are final and non-refundable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, contact us with photographic evidence within 72 hours of delivery.
